Co-owner and business manager Sarah Poole greeted guests at the door and was delighted with the public feedback and support on their first day of trade.

“It was fantastic to be fully booked on our first day, the brews were very popular, many people opted for the tasting paddle to discover their favourite brew.

“We’ve been looking forward to this date for some time and it was great to see such a variety of people enjoying the brews, food and atmosphere and the feedback was great.

“The grazing plates and woodfired pizzas were very popular and The Wright Chef Coffs food truck was also very popular, we will have different food trucks every week, so watch this space,“ said Sarah.

The opening beers on offer have all been handcrafted and each have their own unique flavour and characteristics.

Road Trip’n is a bold IPA with a hoppy, fruity zest, Rebel Red is a darker beer with a floral flavour, Wedding Bells is a crisp quintessential American style Pale Ale and Mr Miyagi is an easy drinking Japanese rice lager with a crisp finish.

Kim Clerke took her brother Keiran to the Brewery for his birthday and said it is a wonderful addition to the coast and Woolgoolga.

“Woopi Brewing Co. has a great atmosphere, a lovely open setting with plenty of room for kids to play out on the grass.

“It is a wonderful addition for the coast and Woolgoolga and we are excited to see what new flavours they will bring to their range,” said Kim.

The brewery is open from Thursday to Sunday for lunch and dinner and brewery tours will be available in the near future.
