Recently the organisation teamed up with Nelson Bay Golf Club to conduct a fundraising event.

Nelson Bay Golf Club were very pleased to announce that they have raised a grand total of $13,706 from the Port Stephens Koala Hospital Fundraising dinner held on May 28 2021.

The 150 seat event was sold out and well-attended.

The fundraising is from a combination of ticket sales, raffle tickets, silent auction and live auction, plus Koala adoptions directly with the Fundraising team from the Koala Hospital.

The event was proudly Supported by Nelson Bay Golf Club and Port Stephens Council.

Port Stephens Koalas need to raise a considerable amount of money to cover operating expenses and to fund the Port Stephens Koala Hospital at the Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary.
