Jacqui Bright did a magnificent job preparing and catering for the party, plus many members also contributed a huge selection of delicious finger food. Representatives of many local groups joined the celebrations. “Fostering the arts and raising awareness of the things that make our area special are vital to the future vitality of our towns,” Emilie said. “Galleries in the Gardens has become not only a local destination but also a drawcard for visitors to our twin towns.” Lucky door prizes, including a generous $50 gift voucher, added to the evening fun. Christmas gifts were purchased from The Gallery during the evening and party goers took the time to enjoy the broad variety of work on display. The philosophy behind this not-for-profit community gallery is to work with community artists along with the broader community to foster the arts in our beautiful area.
