Email us – media@newsofthearea.com.au The Planning Proposal also comes with a Planning Agreement between the landowner and MidCoast Council to grant $500,000 towards improvements to Bulahdelah to offset any economic impacts of the development. A community reference group was established to identify a prioritised package of proposed improvements to Bulahdelah that funds obtained via the Planning Agreement could be spent on.
