The past decade has been full of changes for Stuart and his family. “We moved here in 2009 to property manage the Boathouse Resort,” Stuart told News Of The Area. After years of working 24/7 Stuart made the life changing decision to become a Real Estate salesperson and it’s proved a very successful move. “Since we started just over 18 months ago, we’ve received three awards,” Stuart said. His most recent award, ‘The Elite’ puts Stuart in the top five percent of salespeople for Ray White Australia-wide. “I’d really like to thank the people who supported me in the early days and trusted me with the sale of their homes,” Stuart said. “We’ve had a fantastic year.” He also owes much of the credit to his co-workers, wife Vanessa, Lisa Hamilton and Judy Gilbert. “I’m from the country and I know how important it is to be a part of the community.” Stuart said his work with the fire and rescue service keeps him grounded. “We’re on call 24/7 and a number of times I’ve been showing a house and I get a call and I have to say I have to go, there’s an emergency.” “It could be a car accident, a truck accident or a house fire, it’s a real levelling thing for me.” “It’s very rewarding.” By Margie TIERNEY Elite Award Winter: Stuart Sinclair.
