Following a breath test, the driver was placed under arrest and taken to Tea Gardens Police Station. A reading of 0.157 was returned from a breath analysis. The man held a provisional driver’s licence restricting him to zero alcohol. His licence was suspended on the spot and a court appearance notice was issued. The man was driving a Queensland registered vehicle.
