FOR the last four years the Urunga Art Space has taken time to celebrate and reward those intrepid ‘Core Crew’ members who seamlessly keep the gallery running during the preceding year.

The Core Crew Exhibition will include photography, digital art, painting, weaving, sculpture, glass art and ceramics.

The exhibition will run from November 6 till December 5.

Contributing artists are Geoff Mcskimming, David Southgate, May Southgate, Christine Wilson, Toni Southwell. Linda Coomber, Chris Wynne, Penny Adams, Gethin Coles, Robyn Louise, Chris Fahey and Parma Keft.

“Not only are these individuals talented artists, but they also perform their various jobs with great good humour, making volunteering at the Art Space a true pleasure,” said Chris from The Urunga Art Space.

“Having said that, we have some very important members who are not artists, but simply enjoy being involved.

“Sadly, because of COVID restrictions, we are unable to have one of our lovely opening nights. We all hope to be able to resume these soon,” Chris said.

The gallery is open 7 days a week, from 10am till 4pm.
