Specifically, the proposed regulations set out the requirements for management plans, a design notification scheme, financial securities, safety and protection zones, work health and safety, record keeping, and fees. DCCEEW has prepared a consultation paper to explain the proposed regulations. “It provides a high-level description of key parts in the proposed regulations and explains how processes might work in practice,” said the Department.
