First and Second Prizes are awarded in two categories: On the Wall and Off the Wall (porcelain, fibre art, glass, etc).
Winners will be announced at the opening at 2.30pm.

The judge is a well-known local artist, tutor, and woodworker; their identity will be revealed once the winners have been chosen.

There is also a People’s Choice award, announced at the end of the exhibition.

Winning a People’s Choice is a wonderful validation of the appeal of an artist’s work.

Sue Roberts, CHCAG President, told News Of The Area,“‘All Creatures Great & Small’ is our only judged exhibition and one of our most popular.

“Who doesn’t like seeing animals portrayed, from cute domestic furry, feathered, and finned friends to incredible wildlife?

“Every year I am amazed by the variety and sheer creativity of the artworks.

“The calibre and talent of our members is outstanding.

“All artworks are for sale and not only to grace your own walls but makes a great present for that animal lover you know.”

Thanks to the generosity of the Group and their sponsors – Sawtell Framing, Book Warehouse and Piccolo To Go Espresso Bar – prizes for the exhibition winners include cash and vouchers.

The exhibition is on display until Wednesday, 1 December.

The Gallery is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm, with free entry.

“All artworks are for sale…your chance to get your Christmas shopping done early.

“Come along and be inspired.”
