1. I would like an honest assessment from Coffs Harbour City Council of by how much the rate rise could have been avoided if the city centre developing white elephant had not been given the go ahead. There are just so many other far more important things the council should be addressing yet is not and we still have to have an extraordinary rate rise. An ICAC investigation into the former council would not be out of place. Is there anyone on council who can tell us why we shouldn’t have such an assessment?
