The couple has struggled with ill health over the past few months so they’ve been worried they may not get the word out. But if you’re looking for somewhere and someone to share your Christmas Day then Sue and Jo have the solution. “We serve a traditional Christmas Lunch, pork, ham and turkey, plum pudding, fruit salad and custard, ” Sue told News Of The Area. To finish off the feast, fruit cake with coffee or tea. The cost for the lunch is just $10 a head. Sue and Joe, who are both pensioners, get donations and support from local businesses to help put the Christmas lunch together in the Tea Gardens Masonic Hall. “Last year we had around 75 people to cater for,” Sue said. “Everyone gets a present and there’s also a lucky door prize.” So if you’re looking for a special way to spend your Christmas Day then contact Sue on 0430 363 046.
