A recent search of a Tea Gardens property on Viney Creek Road West has located $48,000 worth of cannabis.

Tea Gardens and Stroud police attended the property after a tip off about cannabis being cultivated there.

Police found 24 Cannabis plants which were more than 1.5 metres high.

All items were seized and a 54-year-old Tea Gardens man was issued with a Court Attendance Notice.
