THE Bulahdelah Central School (BCS) Primary Swimming Carnival was held on Friday, 11 February. “Following an initial downpour where we all thought we may have to return to school, the fine weather returned,” said Debbie Booth, Assistant Principal Curriculum and Instruction, BCS. “All students in attendance enthusiastically participated in all races and fun events. “A big thank you to Jody Mostyn, Hayley Nicholson and Tyson Oakley who completed the majority of pre-organisation for the day. “Thank you to all the teachers for ensuring the students were well looked after throughout the carnival.” After the carnival, super-tired but super-excited students enthusiastically shared stories of the day as well as showing off their plethora of swimming ribbons. Congratulations to all students who entered races and performed their personal best. That’s what sport is all about!
