Being off air for seven weeks was a bit of a worry but a dedicated team of volunteers and technical people made a

seamless transition between the sites.

“We were approached a few months back with the possibility of establishing the studio in Bulahdelah and we thought it was a great idea as it will become a valuable community asset,” said Bulahdelah Chamber of Commerce and Tourism President John Sahyoun.

“We are truly focused on making this a regional voice for the Myall Coast area and stream our love of this area and music to the world.”

The new studio was funded by the State Government through the Community Building Partnership program and coordinated by the Myall Coast Radio Committee.

Over time programs will be expanded to include items of relevance to the local public and build upon the great work that has been accomplished over the past three years.

The programs are available to stream on www.myallcoastradio.com.au and there’s something for all tastes.

If you would like to become an on-air presenter or have an idea for a show or interest spot the committee would love to hear from you.
