Break-in at Bulahdelah Central School, police warn no trespassing Bulahdelah, Wootton, Nerong by News Of The Area - Modern Media - August 9, 2016 POLICE have warned they will be patrolling school grounds more frequently following a number break-ins and thefts in recent weeks. The latest incident occurred over the weekend of 22 July when intruders gained entry to a classroom at Bulahdelah Central School through a rear window of the building. A didgeridoo, CD player and DVD’s were stolen by the offenders. Police have advised they have increased patrols of the school grounds and surrounding areas particularly during evenings and weekends. Bulahdelah Central School Principal Mr Don Hudson said tighter security measures were now in place. “Many of the school’s building are connected to an alarm system,” Mr Hudson said. Community members are reminded that no one is permitted on school grounds after hours, during weekends and holidays without prior permission from the Principal. Police are requesting members of the public with any information relating to the incident to contact them.
