BOOK WEEK was celebrated at Bowraville Central School (BCS) recently, with students and staff dressing up as their favourite book character. The theme was ‘Read, Grow, Inspire’. BCS students were joined by Bowraville Community Preschool to parade around the main street of Bowraville to the delight of many onlookers. Once back at school, students performed some high energy dances for their parents, then invited them to join in. Parents and community were then treated to a delicious morning tea on our sunny deck. Students crossing the road safely under the guidance of the ‘The Grinch’ aka My Taylor, Executive Principal. Parents join students in the dancing.
