PINK Day has always been the major fundraising day at a home game throughout the Rugby season but this year the Mudcrabs have turned blue to create awareness about the three million Australians who are currently experiencing anxiety or depression.

The Beyond Blue Foundation is in a position to equip everyone in Australia with the knowledge and skills to protect their own mental health by giving people the confidence to support those around them and making anxiety, depression and suicide part of everyday conversations.

This coming Saturday is a home game for the Myall Coast Mudcrabs who will be hosting Blue Day at Myall Park, Hawks Nest with their clash against the Old Bar Clams in front of their local supporters.

Members of our Committee have been working very hard to make Blue Day a huge success so please come along to Myall Park and show your support not only for your local Rugby team but for this wonderful foundation, Beyond Blue.

Homemade goodies, bbq, drinks, face painting for the kids, raffles, “kick for cash” and other kids and adult activities should provide a fun afternoon for everyone from 1.00pm onwards.

Bring your family and friends to support the Mudcrabs and also to support a national Foundation, Beyond Blue, in your local community.
