TWO Myall Coast Holiday Parks have received a 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for their consistent outstanding reviews made by guests on the website.

Now in its sixth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is awarded to establishments that consistently receive great reviews on TripAdvisor.

Eleven holiday parks were honoured by Trip Advisor from North Coast Holiday Parks (NCHP) and South Coast Holiday Parks (SCHP), which form part of NSWCHPT’s group of 35 parks and boutique accommodation.

Jimmys Beach and Hawks Nest Beach Holiday Parks have been recognised.

NCHP Jimmys Beach Managers, Susan and Michael Boden were pleased that their TripAdvisor rating reflected the hard work of their team.

“We treat our guests like family and want everyone to go home with great memories of their time with us,” they said.

NCHP Hawks Nest Beach Managers, Tracey and Ken Moore said they loved interacting with park guests and all feedback was appreciated.

“We love our park and take on board all suggestions which can make the guest experience a more memorable one,” they said.
