Kelly Hammond gratefully accepted a $1000 donation towards Anna Bay All-abilities Play Park.

She told News Of The Area, “The committee continues to strive for greater facilities in Anna Bay, including space that provides inclusive play and a Multi-purpose court to replace the derelict & abandoned tennis courts in Anna Bay.”

The committee for the All-abilities park hope to see a pump track on the site in the future as well as a play area which they believe should encourage physical activity, social interaction, creativity and problem solving as well as contact and interaction with nature.

They are active in supporting both physical health, mental health and inclusivity.

The Anna Bay Tavern Fishing Club holds its fishing competition on the last Sunday of each month.

All fish must be weighed in by 2.00pm at the Anna Bay Tavern Beer Garden, starting from 12.30pm.
