
At around 2pm on Monday 27 June, police were driving on Myall Way approaching the Pacific Highway when they observed a vehicle stopped on the side of the road.
The sole occupant of the vehicle a 31 year old local male was sitting in the drivers seat and appeared to be smoking a some type of device.
Police stopped and spoke with the driver.
It was confirmed his drivers licence was currently disqualified.
A search of the vehicle located an amount of cannabis and the drug ICE.
A bong and glass smoke pipe were also located.
The male was subsequently charged with drive whilst disqualified, and two counts of possess prohibited drug.
