Amplify Events were announced as the new tenants last week and with the Christmas countdown looming they are cautiously optimistic to open before the holidays. “We definitely want to be open before Christmas, it is an important part of the year for the hospitality industry. “We plan on making some minor refurbishments to give the place a facelift but we won’t open until we’re ready, as we don’t want to rush and compromise the quality. “We’re aiming to deliver the best waterfront bar, restaurant and entertainment venue on the New South Wales North Coast, so we want to make sure we get it right. “That said, we will be doing everything in our power to get the doors open as soon as possible, as we want to welcome everybody in for a drink as soon as possible,” said Mansfield.
