IF you are in the mood to stop and smell the flowers this weekend, then head on down to the North Coast Regional Botanic Gardens and visit Coffs Harbour Orchid Society’s 2021 Autumn Orchid Show.

Society members are looking forward to the opportunity of sharing their beautiful plants with the rest of the community and visitors to the Coffs Coast.

Members’ orchids will be on show at the Botanic Gardens in Hardacre Street, Coffs Harbour, on Saturday 24 April from 10 am to 5pm and Sunday 25 April from 9am to 3pm.

Entry is by gold coin donation and orchids will be available for purchase by the public.

Raffle prizes will also be up for grabs at the Show over the weekend.

Coffs Harbour Orchid Society initially formed in 1961 as the Coffs Harbour Horticultural and Orchid Society, then in 1971 the Orchid Society was created as a separate organisation.

The community group meets once a month at the North Coast Regional Botanic Gardens.
