CONDITIONS at reduced the Jeff Gore sponsored 4 Ball Best Ball competition to a three round 6 hole event at the Macksville Country Club Golf.

Eagerness for a game of golf saw more than expected looking for a game and rule changes allowed for tee ups for all shots.

Winning team was junior Luke Laverty and Allan Clarke with Jeff Gore and Phil Bambury runners up.

Individual winner was Steve Ellis.

Darren Pike was the only nearest the pin winner.

Latest ladies competition winner was Jo Montague with Helen Ferrero runner up.

Straight shooter Rhonda McAuliffe scored nearest the pin with Desma Hughes having the fewest putts on the day.

Because of course conditions the Col Harding Memorial Day due to be played on 29 May has again had to be deferred.
