Kim Burton told Myall Coast News, “It’s great to hear that the community is getting behind the raffle and buying up tickets.” “Being a Pindimar resident and having a long term love for the beach lifestyle that the area provides, I’m really pleased to be in a position to give something back to the community,” he said. An alternative cash prize of $13,000 is also an option. With the limit of 500 tickets to be sold at $50, the winner’s odds beat the traditional lottery or Lotto prize. The Rotary Club will be selling locally over the upcoming school holidays plus at the upcoming Myall River Festival.
