JACK and Moira Welch are celebrating 70 years of marriage on Tuesday, 19 April 2020.

Jack and Moira are long term residents of the Nambucca Valley.

They moved to Yarranbella from Blacktown in 1969 and became dairy farmers.

After leaving the farm they retired to Macksville and now live in Nambucca Heads.

Jack and Moira married at St Patrick’s Church in Asquith and were attended by Moira’s sister Stephanie and best man Sam Welch.

They celebrated their marriage at a reception held at Jack’s parents home Queens Rd, Asquith.

Jack and Moira have six children and partners, fifteen grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, who all send them the best of wishes for this amazing milestone.

A celebration of 70 years of marriage with extended family will be held later in the year.
