‘Tallowwood’ and ‘Springvale’ are on the market with Ray White Rural Dorrigo

‘TALLOWWOOD’ and ‘Springvale’ represent some of the best value grazing land on the Dorrigo Plateau.

’Tallowwood’ is approximately 115.1 hectares or 284.3 acres while the adjoining ‘Springvale’ is approximately 70 hectares or 172 acres providing the opportunity for 185.1 hectares or 457.2 acres in total.

Predominantly gently sloping with a northern aspect, the majority of country on ‘Tallowwood’ is cleared grazing land, ‘Springvale’ has had over 100 acres of plantation timber that has been recently cleared.

Multiple permanent springs provide reliable water to both properties and feed Log Creek which flows through ‘Tallowwood’.

There are three spring fed dams on ‘Tallowwood’ and one on ‘Springvale’ providing reliable, maintenance free stock water, long-term rainfall averages are 50 to 60 inches per year.

New steel cattle yards have recently been erected on ‘Tallowwood’ with both properties also benefiting from having a majority of new fencing.

A large shed with lean-tos is located on ‘Springvale’.

Boasting direct bitumen road frontage only 15 minutes to Dorrigo, the properties provide scale and location rarely available in the area with the opportunity to further improve carrying potential and value to the new owner.

Both properties are currently vacant but each possess a building entitlement and have power available.

Being auctioned individually, the two properties provide purchasers a great opportunity either together or as stand alone farms.
