“Our Chefs source local fresh produce as much as possible for our dishes.

Can you tell us a bit of the history of the restaurant and what inspired the Par-Tee Bistro?

“Par-Tee Bistro has been operating since October last year.

“At Sawtell Golf Club, we have previously had contract caterers but decided to take our catering in a new direction that would be better suited to our members and guests,” said Rachel.
