“The Yoga class with Tiina Pakkanen was themed around one of the yoga principles ‘Aparigraha’, meaning ‘non-hoarding and non-greed’, being able to appreciate what you have and being content in the present.

“Tiina shared that yoga means union and by gathering together for yoga we can do good not only for ourselves but for others as well.

“As a studio owner and director, I am so proud to host these events, and humbled by the fact that my teachers don’t take away any income from these events, they are offering these classes to simply ‘flow for a cause’, to motivate others to hold space for others and give.

“It’s such a selfless act and I am honoured that they would do this at Om Yeah Yoga.

“This Saturday 19 March, Cole Chance is offering a fundraising workshop.

“She will be donating her profits as well.

“Frances Mercer is offering free Zoom yoga for all of autumn to anyone who needs yoga in this time of floods, pandemics or anything else they are facing.”
