Organic rock performed by Unison live at Nambucca Valley Radio MidCoast LGA (overall news) by News Of The Area - Modern Media - March 11, 2022 Unison, who will perform live at the Tewinga Studios of 2NVR are Ian Cameron, John Burnip, Julia Wilson and Marty Bourma. HOT on the heels of last month’s amazing Studio 3 Live Broadcast, Nambucca Valley Radio is doing it again on 18 March when they present one of the Mid North Coast’s most popular acts, the tight four-piece outfit known as Unison. Often described as “organic rock”, Unison’s style is infectious and their tight grooves interwoven with catchy melodies always entertain. Formed in 2018, Unison began as a trio exclusively playing originals, often working as a support act for touring musicians. More recently Unison have incorporated an extensive list of covers featuring artists such as Fleetwood Mac, The Eurythmics, Amy Winehouse and The Eagles, to name a few. Unison’s self-produced debut album has also received warm world-wide reviews with regular airplay on local, national and international independent radio stations. Jules, John, Marty and Ian all come from diverse multifaceted music backgrounds and pour everything they know into each performance. 2NVR invites you to be part of the live audience and you are welcome to bring your own drinks and nibbles. The performance is open to the public free of charge at the Tewinga Studios of 2NVR and will begin at 6:00pm on Friday 18 March 2022 and will go through until 8:00pm. Should you be unable to come along, the performance will be broadcast live on 105.9FM & streamed via www.2nvr.org.au. By Mick BIRTLES
