LOCAL real estate agents R & R Property have been recognised as one of the top 100 agencies in the country, as voted by vendors and buyers.

When R & R Property founder and Managing Director Denise Haynes scanned the recently announced Rate My Agent Top 100 Australian Agencies results last week, she was delighted to see her company had made the list.

Rate My Agent is Australia’s go-to website for sellers seeking to research the best performing agencies across Australia.

Denise said the awards are calculated on total sales, plus “customers are invited to provide reviews on agencies they have dealt with either as a vendor or a buyer”.

“Prospective vendors gain a comprehensive insight into the performance of agencies and agents and obviously this is invaluable when selecting an agent to handle the sale of their property.

“And buyers are able to rate their experience in dealing with vendors.

“Conversely, agents are provided with a unique opportunity to review vendor and buyer feedback in order to hone our skills so we can fully meet the requirements of sellers looking to select an agency to represent them in their sale.

“The review process therefore gives vendors and buyers insight into leading agents, location by location, and agents the ability to compare ourselves with our competitors,” Denise said.

R & R operates offices in Stroud, Booral, Gloucester, Raymond Terrace, Bulahdelah, Pacific Palms and Foster; and the accolades didn’t end with a Top 100 result.

R & R Property also took out Agency of the Year Awards for Stroud, Karuah, Clarence Town and North Arm Cove.
