THE lady bowlers of Macksville Women’s Bowling Club have organised a street stall on Thursday 2 December, in Wallace Street, Macksville (outside Trisleys Betta Electrical Store).

“From 8am, we will be selling home made jams, pickles and cooking of all sorts,” said Judy Walker, Vice President Macksville Women’s Bowling Club.

“Our ladies are very good cooks.

“There will also be a range of handmade goodies you can purchase for Christmas presents.

“The proceeds from the stall will go towards our next carnival, early in the new year.

“Please come along, have a chat with our friendly ladies and enjoy the fruits of our labour.

Judy said the Club is always looking for more players to join the ranks.

“Come have a friendly game of bowls or get serious and enter our competitions,” she said.
