BOOKS are a window into another world, a way we can escape from the humdrum of everyday life.

However books can be expensive.

Tomaree Community Library is holding a Giant Book Sale this week from 15-19 November.

Tomaree Libary’s Branch Librarian Emma Holgate told News Of The Area, “The sale will be held in the ‘Gymea Lily’ room at the library.

“There will be something for everyone, with magazines and DVDs, adult fiction and non-fiction, CDs, audiobooks as well as plenty of children’s items.

“Prices will range from $0.20 to $2, or there is also an option to fill a shopping bag for $5,” she said.

This is a great opportunity to fill your bookshelves with new adventures and an opportunity to explore a whole new world.
