Nambucca Valley Police News Nambucca Valley by News Of The Area - Modern Media - September 9, 2021 ● ON 2/9/21 Police arrested a 56-year-old man for using offensive language and breaching a Prohibition Order committed on 30/6/21 at Nambucca Heads. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station and released on strict bail conditions to appear before Macksville Local Court on 23/9/21. ● On 1/9/21 at about 10:50am emergency services attended a residence in Wallace St, Macksville after reports of a worker being electrocuted whilst replacing a roof at the location. NSW Ambulance were able to revive the 25-year-old man and he is currently in ICU at Coffs Harbour Health Campus in a critical but stable condition. SafeWork NSW advised and are investigating the incident. ● On 30/8/21 a 39-year-old man was arrested at a Nambucca Heads address after Police were alerted to a domestic violence incident in which a 34-year-old woman had been assaulted. Upon further investigation both parties had assaulted each other. The accused woman was issued with a Court Attendance Notice to appear before Macksville Local Court on 16/9/21 for Common assault. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with Common assault and Stalk/intimidate offences and was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/9/21. ● On 27/8/21 Police arrested a 39-year-old man following a family dispute involving a 60-year-old woman. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with Stalk/intimidate and breach of bail. The accused man was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/9/21. ● On 2/9/21 Police arrested a 29-year-old man at Nambucca Heads following a family dispute in which a 53-year-old woman was assaulted. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with Common assault and Stalk/intimidate offences and was released on bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/9/21. ● On 31/8/21 Police attended Princess St, Macksville in relation to an illegal gathering outside the Council Chambers. A small group of persons were protesting the current Public Health Orders. The crowd was dispersed after about one hour. Police made two arrests (which were discontinued when the persons agreed to supply identification) and issued 12 infringements. ● On 28/8/21 Police arrested a 64-year-old man at a Macksville address following a domestic violence incident in which a 58-year-old woman was assaulted. The accused man was charged at Macksville Police Station with Common assault and released without bail to appear before Macksville Local Court on 9/9/21.
