1 AUGUST 2021 – With first and second round matches completed the Qtr. Finals of the Handicap Pairs were played on Saturday 31 July and results were: Dave Tinsley / Dave Phillips (Skip) 26 def. Larry Harmer / John McCartney (+3) 19, Grahame Moxey / Paul Wilson (+7) 25 def. P.Darr / Dick Hadley 18, Dean Castle / Todd Anderson 18 def Peter Walsh / Bob Foster (+4) 18, Pater Quinn / Ian Johnson (+11) 32 def. Wally Kocuiba / Brian Hitchcock 17.

The Semi-Finals were played the next day and results were: Ian Johnson 25 def Todd Anderson 17 and Paul Wilson(+7) 26 def Dave Phillips 25.

This was an amazing game with Dave being behind 23-10 shots before making a breathtaking fight back to level the scores 25-25 on the last end before Paul claimed the one shot on the extra end.

The Final of the Handicap Pairs, and The Semi-Finals, and the Final of the Mixed Pairs will be played next weekend.
