CWA Mid North Coast Group Council meeting to go ahead in Bowraville

DEAR News Of The Area,

THE Mid North Coast Group Council meeting for CWA, will go ahead on July 22 at Bowraville.

It will be held in the Anglican Hall in Young Street.

Those attending will come from Branches across the Mid North Coast area.

While many people in the community don’t take Covid seriously enough, we assure the community that all safeguards will apply in making this conference the safest that we possibly can.

Many of the Ladies will find visiting Bowraville a charming and delightful experience, while others will renew old friendships and enjoy visiting the town and their memories.

It has been many years since CWA held a function at Bowraville, and this year will be exciting as well as interesting.

Locally CWA meets the first Thursday of the month in the CWA Uniting Hall in Ridge Street Nambucca Heads, at 10.00.a.m. while the intervening Thursdays have craft and creations from 9:30.a.m. to 11:30.a.m.

CWA Bingo is played the first Tuesday of the month, and the next day will be July 6.

Come along to the Nambucca Heads Bowling Club for an enjoyable time at 10:00.a.m.

This year our medical research is ovarian cancer.

Keep safe and keep warm this winter.

Regards,

Kathleen MILLER,
Secretary/Publicity.
