1. I am wondering if Roger Pryce realises that there are 9 councillors and that he will never make a decision…ever that is not voted on by the 9 councillors and that decision must have a majority to pass. I don’t think he is aware that an autocratic style will not work in his favour. If I could sum up his campaign I’d say “It is like the emperor’s new clothes – there is simply nothing there
