R & R Property are excited to announce their takeover of Nabiac’s Connect 3 real estate agency.

After many years, Steve Howe and Di Greig, then owners of Connect 3 have announced their retirement and have approached R&R, stating that the company’s professionalism, integrity and enduring community commitment resonates with both Steve and Di, leading to the conclusion that R&R would be an excellent agency to take over their rent roll.

Denise Haynes, R&R Property Managing Director spoke to News Of The Area about her excitement for this new journey.

“I feel incredibly proud that we were approached, and I feel like the hard work, time and effort that we put into looking after our customers and giving back to our community is being noticed.

“The fact that people respect that, leading to this opportunity, is really amazing.”

R&R Property services clients across five offices in Stroud, Bulahdelah, Forster, Gloucester and Raymond Terrace.

“Having the Nabiac rent roll is great for us because we’re already selling there, we’re already got the rentals and so now we can close the gap between it all,” Denise said.

“We can cover all of the Port Stephens area up to Gloucester over to Foster and then Nabiac down to Bulahdelah and Raymond Terrace,” she said.

The company is a constant supporter of the community and is thrilled to be part of the Nabiac community both professionally and in a range of community groups and activities.
