Coffs Coast Cyclones BMX Club take on NSW BMX Series 3 event Coffs Coast Sport News Of The Area by News Of The Area - Modern Media - April 7, 2021 Tyler Calder, Dusty Owers, Hannah Beattie, Cody Beattie, Hunter Owers andAaron Miller. CASTLE Hill was the venue for the NSW BMX Series 3 on the weekend. A group of six riders from the Coffs Coast Cyclones BMX Club made the trip and came home with some great results. Hannah Beattie had a great race meet coming 6th on her 20-inch bike in the 9 girls and 3rd on her Cruiser in the 8-10 cruiser girls. Dusty Owers came 8th on her 20 inch in the 10 girl’s division. Cody Beattie raced well and came away with 6th place on his 20 inch in the 12-year boys and 6th in the 13-14 Cruiser Boys. Hunter Owers came 5th on his Cruiser in the 11-12 boys and made the semi-finals on his 20-inch bike in the 12-year boys. Tyler Calder rode extremely well coming 6th in the 13-14 boys Cruiser and was unlucky to miss the finals on his 20-inch finishing 9th overall for the day in the 13-year-old boys. Aaron Miller continued his great form and finished 5th on his 20 inch bike in the 15 year old boys and then raced up a group against the 17-24 men and was beaten in a photo finish into 8th position.
