Cole Bros Oysters are situated in Karuah, right on the water front next to Longworth Park, only 5mins off the Pacific Highway at the Karuah exit heading north or south, it’s a perfect stop off to call in and pick up a dozen oysters or two, take them home with you or even enjoy some freshly shucked oysters in the park.

Home delivery is a specialty available to Customers, their welcome to call in anytime in advance to organise delivery off fresh unopened oysters direct to your door.

Straight from their pristine waters of Karuah, Tea Gardens, Port Stephens and Nelson Bay to your dinner plate, BBQ, party or function for you and all your guests to enjoy.

Cole Bros have an excellent regular customer base that return time and time again to get their fix of delicious oysters.

They now have the ability to harvest all year round, and are more than happy to welcome new customers to their addictive delicacy.

Several grades of oysters are available for purchase, both opened and unopened, they are looking fantastic at the moment, so don’t forget to get your oyster orders in for Easter, they are open every day over Easter except for Good Friday.

There are a range of oyster farmers along the Karuah waterfront who sell direct to the public.
