ENDLESS Summer is the newest incentive by the Port Stephens Council, to support artists and creatives in the area.

The event will bring live music and entertainment to the Shoal Bay Foreshore Reserve each Saturday until 10 April 2021.

With the event on 20 March cancelled due to severe weather, the Council hopes that the weather will remain clear for the wonderful community events.

“Port Stephens Council is proud to bring our Endless Summer event series to Shoal Bay and Raymond Terrace thanks to a grant from the NSW Government’s Summer Fund.

“Endless Summer is all about safely welcoming people back to our town centres and encouraging our community to get out and support local businesses.

“It’s also a great way that we can give our local artists, musicians and entertainers a lift after a particularly tough 12 months with COVID-19.

“I’d encourage locals and visitors to come down on Saturday evenings and join us at Shoal Bay and the new parklets for live music and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.

“We’re also bringing Endless Summer to Raymond Terrace on Saturday 10 April with an outdoor cinema and food trucks in Boomerang Park.

“We live in a beautiful part of the world, let’s get out and enjoy it!,” Mayor Ryan Palmer told News Of The Area.

Endless Summer invites families and community to join in the activities in the park, and enjoy the new parklets at Shoal Bay, whilst being entertained by some of Port Stephens most talented citizens.

From live music to circus acts, DJs and illuminated puppets, the Endless Summer program has something for everyone to enjoy.

The newest addition to the program includes an outdoor cinema, and food trucks on coming to Raymond Terrace Saturday 10 April.
