ON Monday 1 March, Port Stephens-Hunter Police District welcomed their two newest recruits. Probationary Constables’ Luke Haynes and Emillie King were welcomed by District Commander, Superintendent Chad Gillies and local members, Kate Washington MP and Jenny Aitchison MP. Probationary Constable Emillie King is a graduate from the IPROWD (Indigenous Police Recruitment Our Way Delivery program). Both will have their initial placements at Maitland Police Station.
