Development applications to Coffs Harbour City Council must now be lodged online

FROM 1 January 2021 a number of development application submissions to Coffs Harbour City Council must now be made online.

These include development applications (DA), applications to modify a DA, requests to review a DA, Complying Development Certificate applications, Construction Certificate applications, applications for Occupation Certificates, Civil Works/Subdivision Construction Certificates, and Subdivision Certificates.

These applications will no longer be accepted in person at Coffs Harbour City Council’s customer service counters, and must be submitted online to Council through the NSW Planning Portal website.

Council’s Information Management Team is also available to assist the public for general Planning Portal enquiries or enquiries about Council’s application processes.
