Event organisers called to apply for 2021 Coffs Harbour City Council Event Funding Coffs Coast Coffs Coast News Highlight Section by News Of The Area - Modern Media - January 20, 2021 Coffs Coast event organisers are invited to apply for Coffs Harbour City Council Event Funding for events being held from January to June 2021. FUNDING is now available for events being run on the Coffs Coast in 2021. Coffs Harbour City Council’s Event Funding is now accepting applications for events planned to run between January and June 2021. The funding is available to event organisers under two categories, Event Destination Marketing Funding, and Event Seed Funding. Event Seed Funding is for start-up or new events running within the Coffs Harbour Local Government Area, and is aimed at providing support to events in their most critical early stages. Event Destination Marketing Funding is for events targeting overnight visitation from outside the Coffs Harbour region. This funding is designed to assist in developing a marketing campaign to drive visitation to the Coffs Coast, and the event, from outside the local government area. Both funds are looking for events that support outcomes of economic stimulation, regional branding and community benefit. Markets are not eligible for the event funding.
