CPL Guinan’s enthusiasm and efforts for the drive encouraged fellow personnel and staff at RAAF Base Williamtown to generously donate toys and food for the worthy cause.

“I am incredibly proud of the contribution my colleagues have made to the Salvos drive”, CPL Guinan said.

“It is my hope that the donations for children and families will make a meaningful difference.”

CPL Guinan said it was the strong personnel and staff participation in the drive that ensured it was an overwhelming success:

“It’s just another way the Air Force can serve the community.”

Salvation Army representatives stopped by RAAF Base Williamtown on 4 December to collect the donations which were gratefully accepted.

The toys and food stuffs will be distributed to local families in need this festive season.
