Email us – media@newsofthearea.com.au Mr Partos publicly burned his recent Coffs Harbour City Council rates notice outside Council Chambers last week in protest against Council’s continuation of the controversial project. Mr Partos deemed his latest stall at the car boot market as “very successful” and said 100 percent of people who approached his stall were also opposed to the Cultural and Civic Space project. The stall was also promoting a community e-petition against the project titled ‘Put a pause on the Cultural and Civic Space Project, Coffs Harbour’, which calls on the NSW Government to direct Coffs Harbour City Council to pause its Cultural and Civic Space project until after the next Local Government elections. The development application for the project is currently being assessed by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.
