This year, 2020, the Service is prepared and written by the women of Zimbabwe, and their focus for prayer is on poverty, unemployment, children with disabilities, and domestic violence.

The local Churches are taking part.

Each denomination takes turns to hold this event every year, and it is the turn of the Tea Gardens Uniting Church for 2020. While it used to be a Women’s World Day of Prayer, both men and women now take active parts in this event.

Everyone is very welcome to attend the Uniting Church, 120 Myall St., Tea Gardens, on Friday, March 6 2020 at 2.30pm. Afternoon Tea will be provided after the service.
