Prostate Support Awareness Group Car Boot Sale and Movember Party Auction is this Sunday 30th November 2014.

The end of Movember is upon us and now the festivites, celebrations and further fund raising begins.

The Car Boot Sale always has a bargain if you are buying and a great way for you to sell some unwanted items.

It’s located in Booner Street, just below the Surf Club.

Setting up will commence from 8.00am and selling starts from 10.00am.

All proceeds to Prostate Cancer Research and this project to assist Men’s Health which is supported by Myall Coast News.

The will be face painting and carnival rides on the day.

Younger members of our communities will have the chance to purchase tickets for a wide range of Carnival Rides and to undergo a free makeover of Face Painting.

The Movember Party is set to be huge.

Sporting memorabilia, Christmas dolls, petrol vouchers, a composite photo on canvas and a panorama photo print are just some of the wonderful items to be used to raise funds for Prostate Cancer Research at the Movember Party to be held at Benchmark on Booner from 2.00pm. 

Auctions, raffles, live music, ice cream and prawn eating competitions and much more.

Residents will be able to observe the “Gro a Mo” results as residents have drawn attention to the prevalence of Prostate Cancer in our community.

So how can you help? By just turning up to the Benchmark on Booner you will show how you care for your fellow residents.

But you can do far more by participating in the fundraising events.

It may be as simple as eating a plate of prawns, buying a raffle ticket or participating in an auction.
