Sharing spaces is a fast-growing industry from the long-embraced practice of sharing homes on Airbnb and via holiday agencies to sharing driveways as a car space, house sharing there are so many options.

Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Properties and Myall Coast Legal have now bought a fresh new approach to the idea of sharing space to Tea Gardens with the recent opening of their new corner office location on the corner of Myall and Maxwell Streets.

Dylan Tennyson, Principal of Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Properties said, “We wanted to create a clean and fresh environment for our established and future clients and saw a natural fit to bring our offices into a shared office space.”

Charmian Seil, Principal Partner of Myall Coast Legal said it is a very good fit.

“Dylan and I have worked on various matters together and certainly the idea of having a law firm and real estate agent in the same space will provide a more convenient way to access conveyancing services,” said Ms Seil.

“After completing my Master of Laws majoring in Wills and Estates in May this year, I am also looking forward to providing premium wills and estates services to residents. We are excited to bring our existing formerly mobile practices into the town and provide a location where the community can easily access our services.”

Dylan Tennyson of Tea Gardens Hawks Nest Properties has successfully sold a number of properties already since he established his own agency and will continue to service this community with his enthusiastic fresh approach to real estate.

Dylan’s office hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday, however, as an eager young professional you are certain to also see him in the office outside these times.

Myall Coast Legal will be open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and will continue to provide a mobile service to residents unable to travel to the office and open outside those hours by appointment.
