The agency hit a high in achieving Finalists’ in five categories; Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Business, Excellence in Professional Services, Outstanding Business Leader and People’s Choice Awards.

With each category boasting an extensive list of questions, nominating isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Answering each question requires the business owner to dive deep into self-examination.

Denise Haynes said this is especially so as her local communities play a pivotal role in her business.

“The Awards are a means for me to reflect, analyse and plan” Denise said.

“Our focus is providing exemplary customer service in all facets of our business to our current community members and those seeking to move to our gorgeous region. I detail our challenges and everything we’ve undertaken and with such a vested interest in our communities, I look to how we can aim higher going forward both in business and in strengthening our communities.”

At the Awards Dinner, against a stellar field, R&R shone bright.

Denise received a Highly Commended in the Outstanding Business Leader category acknowledging her role as an employer who encourages and empowers her team as well as her role as a community leader.

R&R Property was also selected as a finalist in both the Excellence in Small Business and Professional Services and the People’s Choice Award; acknowledgements at the highest level.

“While I’m thrilled with the acknowledgement, we can’t be complacent,” Ms Haynes said.

“We aim to always be the very best at everything we do,” she said.
