Two men charged over Keith Cini’s murder National News by NOTA - October 22, 2014October 22, 2014 Two men, aged 23 and 26 years, are facing court today following two alleged aggravated home invasions. One of the aggravated home invasions is alleged to have occurred at a home on Medway Road, Medway, about 4am on Monday 23 April 2014; and a second at a home on Elizabeth Drive, Badgerys Creek about 4am on Friday 29 May 2014. The aggravated robbery in Badgerys Creek resulted in a man and a woman being injured. The 69-year-old man later died. Both incidents are believed to be linked. Detectives from the Homicide Squad, and Green Valley and Cabramatta Local Area Commands, formed Strike Force Basis to investigate Mr Cini’s murder. Both men were charged with murder, attempted murder and break, enter and steal in special circumstances of aggravation. The 23-year-old was refused bail and will appear in Liverpool Local Court today. The 26-year-old was refused bail and will appear in Port Kembla Local Court today (Wednesday 22 October 2014). Search warrants were also executed at addresses in Kemps Creek and Orchard Hills. Police seized a number of items including a bobcat, drugs and cash. These will be forensically examined.
